Our account manager and management liaison come to my monthly corporate meetings. They bring detailed reports about our billing revenue, payer mix and physician performance. They review trends and make recommendations. They help provide guidance about how to maximize our revenues.
All our physicians get feedback on downcoded and incomplete charts. I get cc’ed on all those communications. They have helped us modify our EMR to maximize our billing. They provide both group meetings with all our doctors, as well as one on one meetings for those that need it, to improve documentation and maximize billing revenues.
They have assisted me in working with our hospital administration on new initiatives. They have been invaluable in providing financial projections, staffing costs, etc.
They provide outstanding customer service. When I have a service complaint and need to alter a bill, I email my account representative and typically hear back within a couple of minutes. They will then follow up with the customer and let them know whatever billing arrangements or concessions will occur.
Although Millennium has grown into a large billing company with numerous contracts, I am always made to feel that I am the most important customer they have. I get personalized service that helps me run an efficient, outstanding group. I can’t recommend them any higher.
